Job Title: Property Operations Manager

Location: Vineland, NJ

Salary: 50k-60k

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Operations Manager to support our property management division. This role serves as a key operational partner, ensuring consistent application of company processes and providing backup coverage for site managers when needed. The Property Operations Manager works closely with the Vice President Property Management to maintain operational excellence across co-located properties.

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as the primary operational support resource for the Property Management Director and site managers

· Ensure consistent application of company systems, processes, and procedures across all properties

· Provide coverage at sites as needed for manager time off or operational needs

· Assist with problem-solving, process improvement, and operational decision-making at the property level

· Monitor operational performance and support compliance with company standards

· Collaborate with site staff to maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in property management operations, preferably in multi-site residential communities

· Strong understanding of property management systems, processes, and best practices

· Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and site staff

· Flexible and adaptable to cover different properties as needed

· Located within reasonable commuting distance of the properties (South Jersey focus)

· Familiarity with property management software, Entrata, is a plus.

Scope:

· Approximately 800 units across 14 projects

· Projects are co-located within three municipalities approximately 20 minutes apart
