As an **Automotive Sales Consultant** , your role is to help customers find the perfect vehicle while delivering a world-class experience. You’ll guide buyers through every step of the process - from needs assessment and vehicle selection to test drives and closing deals. Success in this role means building relationships, following up consistently, and staying motivated to exceed goals.

Qualifications:

- Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but  **not required**

- Individuals with backgrounds in  **food service, retail, or hospitality**  often excel in this role

- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

- A strong work ethic and a passion for helping people

- Comfortable working with technology, including CRMs and basic computer tools

- Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven

- Professional appearance and positive attitude

- Valid driver’s license

- Must be available to work  **Saturdays**  and maintain a flexible schedule during the week
