Sales Consultant
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, your role is to help customers find the perfect vehicle while delivering a world-class experience. You’ll guide buyers through every step of the process - from needs assessment and vehicle selection to test drives and closing deals. Success in this role means building relationships, following up consistently, and staying motivated to exceed goals.

Qualifications:
Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
Individuals with backgrounds in food service, retail, or hospitality often excel in this role
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
A strong work ethic and a passion for helping people
Comfortable working with technology, including CRMs and basic computer tools
Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver’s license
Must be available to work Saturdays and maintain a flexible schedule during the week
